8 Rad Beauty Looks From Maison Margiela Spring 2016 Haute Couture

vampy, sparkly, and inspired by bowie

by Jenna Igneri

Earlier today in Paris, models walked the runway for John Galliano's Spring 2016 Haute Couture collection for Maison Margiela. Although the show got off to a calm start with bare-faced models in all-white coats and dresses with hints of color here and there, it wasn’t long before the bursts of colors and textures of all sorts began to appear.

What we’re really dying over is the hair and makeup by Pat McGrath—vampy, sparkly makeup looks and colorful, mulleted cuts that Bowie himself would have approved of. From zig-zag “eye patches” to lipstick-print adorned faces and necks, there was certainly some Ziggy Stardust inspiration in this season's looks.
