Nine Manicure Trends To Try This Summer

From marbled to ‘Lemonade’-inspired

by Jenna Igneri

Tired of the same old run-of-the-mill manicure and looking for something new and fresh? Yeah, we were too.

In dire need for some nail inspo, we turned to the experts at Vanity Projects, the high-end nail atelier, to find out what the biggest (read: coolest) trends of the season currently are. After all, they’re the artists responsible for some of the most intricate and innovative (and flat-out awesome) manicures out there, so we knew they were just who we should tap for summer-perfect ideas.

With salons in both New York City and Miami, we talked about some of the most interesting (and recurring) manicures they’ve been designing this spring. From nails resembling rose quartz to manicures honoring Queen Bey herself, the latest trends vary from pretty to pretty wild.

Click through the gallery below to get a closer look at the nine biggest manicure trends, according to our friends at Vanity Projects. Get ready for some serious nail envy.

Glass Nails

Don't worry, no real glass is used. Strategically laid out, sharply cut foil is arranged over the nail to give the illusion of broken glass.
