Move over, pastel hair—there’s a new hair color trend this season. Ruby Rose has taken to Instagram to show off her amazing fresh hue: emerald green. Does this mean jewel-toned hair is going to be the hot look for spring?
Allegedly, the Orange Is the New Black star dyed her hair this color to help her prep for her role in xXx: The Return of Xander Cage, which is set to release in 2017. She first hinted at the possible change last week, posting a picture of herself mid-workout with the caption, “Last day as Ruby. Starting tomorrow as Adele.. xXx transformation to come…”
She later posted photos of the color transformation in progress—done by Brant Mayfield of The Chris McMillan Salon in Beverly Hills—going from brown to blonde and then to green.
