8@8: Your Morning Scoop

Kanye West and Drake are working on something big

Today is...

National Ampersand Day!

News of the Day:

+ Kanye West and Drake are about to make the collab of the century. Days after a billboard sporting the logos of the rappers' record labels popped up, West shared that an album is in the works in an interview with Vogue. Although, right now, Kanye seems to be focused on expanding his clothing line while Drake's busy spending his time worshiping Rihanna.

+ BuzzFeed Motion Pictures and YouTube have paired up! This legendary deal will bring viewers the much awaited Try Guys' full-length show as well as Quinta Brunson's scripted comedy, Broke, a series about grad students finding their way. Both will be exclusive to YouTube Red.

+ Creeping on your crush's whereabouts on social media just got a little bit harder now that Instagram is removing the photo maps feature. Say goodbye to the days of clicking on your potential future beau's location and easily browsing their favorite places.

+ Ariana Grande and Mac Miller are Instagram official as of today. The pop star posted a photo of her and the rapper in a cozy embrace on the floor. She captioned the picture with her favorite word: “baabyyy.”

+ The first episode of Donald Glover's FX show Atlanta is available to stream in full on YouTube. Written by an entirely black writing staff, the show chronicles the lives of two cousins trying to navigate the rap industry.
