Our 20 Favorite Looks From The 2016 CFDA Awards
The best dressed from fashion’s big night out
Last night, the annual CFDA Fashion Awards took place at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Amongst the attendees were fashion designers, models, actresses, and tastemakers alike, all dressed to the nines in some of the greatest designers of our time.
Choosing the best dressed for one of fashion’s biggest nights of the year is pretty tough, as everyone looked pretty amazing. Wardrobe disasters were definitely few and far between (unlike most red carpets), but that would be expected given the nature of the event. I mean, these are the fashion awards, after all.
Although it was a hard decision, we rounded up our 20 favorite looks from last night’s red carpet. Click through the gallery below to peruse the looks, and prepare for some serious closet envy.
Hari Nef looked stunning in this ethereal mint Gucci gown with a black panther-embroidered bodice.
Jourdan Dunn sparkled in this nude, beaded Jonathan Simkhai gown.
Lion Babe went garden party chic in this floral Adam Selman gown.
Samira Wiley was all smiles in her frilly Milly gown.

Joan Smalls looked a goddess in draped Givenchy gown and Eddie Borgo jewelry.
Ciara chose this ruffled, tiered Roberto Cavalli gown to complement her loose, beachy waves.
