maddie ziegler models the new betsey johnson x capezio collaboration

we love this

by leah cunningham

Reminiscing back on earlier years (basically all of the 2000's prom seasons), one of Betsey Johnson’s most popular styles was the over-the-top colorful dresses with ruffled skirts that resembled ballerina tutus. Now, this ballerina-inspired fashion is back as Johnson launches her latest collaboration with dancewear brand Capezio. If this news already doesn’t excite the young dancers in all of us, the face of the collaboration is none other than Dance Moms cast member and Sia’s muse, Maddie Ziegler.

Betsey Johnson herself described the collection as “the perfect mix of performance, princess, and punk. It is sure to bring out your inner-dancing superstar!” The collaboration incorporates the total package of Betsey Johnson’s flair with typical bold stripes, floral, animal print, sequins, and a whole lot of hot pink. The collection's pieces consist of leggings, tops, leotards, camis, briefs, and of course, tutus.

Check out the adorable collection starting today at Capezio stores or capezio.com.
