Powerful Hollywood Women Shine In Drake’s New Music Video ‘Nice For What’

It’s basically a who’s who of women in the industry

Drake fans, you're in luck—the rapper released a new single called "Nice for What" late last night. The song, which samples Lauryn Hill's "Ex-Factor" (Cardi B, whose album also dropped yesterday, sampled the song on "Be Careful" as well) is definitely catchy, and plenty of people on Twitter are already calling it a summer anthem. But while the song itself is already a hit, the true gift here is the star-studded music video accompanying the new release.

The video, directed by the talented Karena Evans, puts the focus squarely on a long list of iconic women in Hollywood, with everyone Olivia Wilde and Yara Shahidi to Tiffany Haddish and Tracee Ellis Ross making some truly stunning cameos. (Speaking of whom, can we just take a second to appreciate Tracee at the 1:17 mark? That smirk just made all of my problems go away.)

Other stars featured in the video include Zoe Saldana, Jourdan Dunn, Issa Rae, Misty Copeland, Rashida Jones, Letitia Wright, and Emma Roberts, and Michelle Rodriguez, among others. In fact, "Nice for What" barely even features Drake, aside from a few brief shots of him peppered throughout the video.

According to People, Drake is currently working on a new album, though there's no word of an official title or release date yet. Looks like you'll just have to watch "Nice for What" on repeat in the meantime—but with all these powerful women to celebrate in it, who can complain about that?
