“Love your underwear”

Everyone’s favorite minimalist, direct-to-consumer brand Everlane has made its first foray into the world of intimates in an attempt to redefine what “sexy” means when it comes to underwear.

The days of skimpy lace and push-up bras are long gone, and this back-to-basics offering is further proof. The collection was designed with the idea that everyone should love their underwear, with comfort and fit at the forefront, and Jemima Kirke was tapped to star in its campaign

The line includes seven essential styles: four types of bottoms, one bra, one bodysuit, and a men’s boxer brief. Sizing span from XXS to XL (XS to XL for men), with prices ranging from $12 for underwear to $30 for bodysuits. Most importantly, each style promises “No frills. No bows. No bullshit,” according to the press release from the brand.

Everything is ethically produced in ultra-comfy Supima cotton and, like the rest of Everlane’s offering, the color palette is muted and neutral: black, white, heather gray, and pale pink (and navy for men’s).

HBO dropped the ball on this one

Game of Thrones may have snagged a record number of Emmy nominations, but it's not all thanks to HBO putting its stars up for the awards. Instead, Gwendoline Christie—aka Ser Brienne of Tarth—submitted her own name for consideration via her agent after HBO failed to do so on her behalf. And, naturally, the Emmys recognized her incredible performance and nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series along fellow GoT castmates Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, and Lena Headey. Be your own biggest fan, and it might just end up paying off!

My interest level has peaked with this new clip

It's pricey, but hear us out

Co-captain of US women's national soccer team and queen of fire hair looks Megan Rapinoe has to keep up with that purple mane just like the rest of us colored-hair folk. Maintaining hair that vivid can be difficult, to say the least, but not impossible—especially when you have a good colorist. Unsurprisingly, Rapinoe's is one of the best. According to a press release, expert colorist and balayage specialist Richard Drews keeps Rapinoe's hair cool-toned and vibrant using Kérastase Blond Absolu Masque Ultra-Violet which is like your favorite purple shampoo times 10.
