Here's the thought running through my head before I go to any event: I have a closet of black dresses and nothing to wear! Once that thought hits, a wardrobe-related panic ensues. Suddenly getting the prospect of dressed feels like climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
But those anxious thoughts can be resolved with a surefire LBD look inspired by Imogen Poots. At the LA premiere of That Awkward Moment, Poots opted for a deep V front black dress that is so structurally interesting, it doesn't even need accessories just leopard pumps and a stroke of eyeliner. Her look was the coolest on the red carpet, so obviously I want to get in on her style. I'm going to try it with the pieces below, and you should too.
