As we venture into a shiny new year filled with glimmering possibilities, it's natural to switch up your routine and experiment with different facets of your life. While you may have many a long-term resolution on your mind, in our experience, one of the easiest ways to switch things up on the daily is to try out some new beauty looks. This year, we're looking forward to adding a bit of sparkle to our everyday makeup routine. Because if there's one thing that we want to do in 2016, it's to live every second like we're at Studio 54, under a disco ball and atop a white horse.

Mega Bold BrowsTo achieve statement brows, take your favorite emerald green kohl pencil and run it through your brows, shaping and shading as you normally would. Use a kohl liner with a bit of shimmer to really catch the light and build intensity.

The New Gold GlitterTo add an extra pop of color to your eyelids, run some fine pigment loose gold powder along the lash line in lieu of pencil eyeliner. Don't worry about any drifting glitz—loose glitter can act as a non-traditional highlighter.

Glitter Ombré LipsRed lips are always an easy way to elevate your look. Try adding some gold shadow to the middle of the lip for an ombré effect. To pull the entire look together, apply the same eyeshadow to your lids.

The Silver WingTo add more flair to your everyday look, switch out your black gel liner for a metallic silver. Wing and extend your liner a little more than you normally would, then reverse your angled brush to build the wing back into the liner on the lid. Voilà! Graphic liner in a snap.
