The newest product from legendary makeup artist Pat McGrath’s makeup line, Pat McGrath Labs, is coming soon, and it’ll satisfy any lip gloss aficionado’s sweet tooth.
You guessed it: McGrath is launching a full lineup of lip gloss. We unknowingly first caught a glimpse of these glosses last October on the Valentino Spring 2018 runway, where the models sported a shiny, subtle sheen on the lips paired with blooming pink blush bombs.
The collection is comprised of 14 sheer shades, ranging from transparent glitters and iridescent peach to soft nudes, pinks, and, of course, a classic red.
As someone with a love-hate relationship with lip gloss, I can assure you this formula is next-level. The balm-gloss hybrid is shiny but not sticky, meaning your hair won’t get caught on your lips. And it’s not just the formula that makes this gloss go on so smooth and even on the lips. The custom applicator, with a concave center and tapered end, allows just the right amount of product to be applied with perfect precision.
The collection launches May 10 at PatMcGrath.com and will hit Sephora.com and select Sephora locations on May 17. Single glosses will go for $28 a pop, four-shade kits for $95, and the entire set for $325 (because choosing is hard).
