People had a lot to say about the photo showing her crying on Joe Jonas’ birthday
If there's one thing that can ruin any celebration, it's period cramps. Mother Nature showed up to the party she definitely wasn't invited to when Sophie Turner was celebrating fiancé Joe Jonas' birthday on Thursday in NYC. Turner was spotted by the paparazzi hiding her tears behind her hand, looking quite upset. Meanwhile, Jonas looked like the perfect beau, consoling her. Turner had a good laugh about it on Twitter later, putting to bed all the speculation as to why she was crying by captioning the tabloid article: "Lol. Thank god I have a loving fiancé. Periods are a bitch."
The ever-strong JoBro stans were not convinced that the pain was the real cause of her the tears. One particularly feisty user @4everJONASFAN tweeted "Are you telling that you start crying till your face is burnin' red bc you have ur period? Even when you know paparazzis are behind you? Next joke please." Turner was not amused and responded immediately, "Girl.... you’ve never had cramps." Preach.
Hopefully, Jonas found her a heating pack and a paparazzi-free hangout ASAP.
