It Turns Out ‘Stranger Things’ Breakout Star Millie Bobby Brown Is An Incredible Singer

Are you surprised?

While the Internet and people who are fans of amazing things in general are still (rightfully) fawning over Netflix's new hit, Stranger Things, it's recently been uncovered that the show's young star is actually an incredible singer. Go figure!

Millie Bobby Brown, the 12-year-old actress who plays the mysterious Eleven in the Netflix horror/sci-fi show, has been uploading song covers to her YouTube channel for over a year now. The pint-size star taped herself in her bedroom (with long hair!) singing Adele's "Make You Feel My Love," John Lenon's "Imagine" (with her shaved Eleven haircut), and outside singing Amy Winehouse's "You Know I'm No Good," amongst others. Her voice is surprisingly full and soulful for such a young woman, and we bet fans would be eager to hear her do original music in the future. It's also nice to hear more of Brown's voice, singing or otherwise, as her character Eleven is silent 90% of the time.

That being said, with fans already begging for more Millie screen time, we'd be very happy for her not to quit her day job to pursue a life of music just yet. Sure, that's being selfish, but can you blame us? Undoubtedly she can handle both like many other starlets have before her. Still, with Stranger Things on its 8th rewatch on the Netflix queue, we're hoping against hope for season 2 to magically appear in oh, say, a week or so.
