The News: The Last Cupcake from Crumbs??

For the pretty (starting) price of $255, you could have the proclaimed last cupcake ever from NYC's beloved, now defunct Crumbs Bake Shop. Here at NYLON, we're huge fans of all things sweet--but I'd rather grab something freshly baked than snack on this relic after days of bidding.

The Look: Kyary Pamyu Pamyu on her Yumeno Hajima Ring Ring album cover

I'm known to love anything kawaii—and Kyary's brain-meltingly cute pastel bob on the cover of Yumeno Hajima Ring Ring inspired me to dye my own locks turquoise. Although I'm tempted to try some of her wilder looks, perhaps only Kyary can pull off a My Little Pony-style pink and yellow dip-dye, polka dot bangs, or an updo inspired by (and decorated with) strawberry ice cream.

The Face: Blue Eyebrows

Remember Cara Delevingne's brief stint with bright blue brows? Working on NYLON's denim issue has me obsessed with blue beauty looks (including the aforementioned turquoise dye). And it doesn't have to end at '80s-inspired eyes or cool-toned lips! Our Beauty Director Katie Dickens suggests using Dior Diorshow Waterproof Mascara to get the look.

The Inspiration: Hattie Stewart for Kylie Minogue

Leave it to artist (and bomb NYLON illustrator) Hattie Stewart to collaborate on the most addictive music video of the summer: Kylie Minogue's "Sexercise." Points of inspiration include vintage jazzercise footage, a sea of high-waisted leotards and hair scrunchies, and Stewart's iconic characters getting a bit suggestive while grooving to the beat.

The Song: "Ocean Avenue"- Yellowcard

Summertime makes me a bit nostalgic, so lately I've been digging up tunes from my pre-teen years. This one reminds me of all the best parts of high school: awkward crushes, sharing earbuds with friends on the beach, skipping class to shop at Hollister (where this song played on the regular), and working through some serious teenage angst.
