“My heart is yours.”
What happens when two Tauruses fall in love? An intense, tattoo-filled, PDA-ridden, “lawless” romance of cosmic proportions. Read on to see how this duo went from co-stars to lovers over the course of a year.
Fox and MGK’s fling secretly began on the set of the film Midnight In The Switchgrass, a few months after Fox separated from husband of 10 years, director Brian Austin Green.
Nearly two months later, MGK posted a kinky video on Instagram, promoting his new song “Bloody Valentine” and revealing a potential foot fetish. The punk-rocker aptly captioned the post, “I guess we’ll find out who’s foot this is tomorrow....any guesses.”
After teasing the public with their steamy music video, US weekly confirmed that Fox and MGK are, in fact, a couple.
Fox made their relationship IG official with a sexy black and white photo captioned, “Achingly Beautiful Boy... My heart is yours 🔪♥️🔪”
While Fox and MGK blew up everyone's feeds, her ex, Green, was busy throwing shade. On the same day Fox revealed her beau, he posted a photo of their children with the caption, “Achingly beautiful boys...... My heart is yours.”
Later that month, MGK kisses a photo of Fox at the MTV Movie awards, Green’s feelings be damned.
In September they took their love to new heights, literally. Megan was spotted scaling the roof of The Roxy in LA with the help of her boyfriend. Why? Who knows, but at least they looked good while doing it.
MGK was NYLON’s cover star in November and the couple used his interview to, once again, declare their love for each other. Megan called their connection a “once in a lifetime thing,” and said “ loving him is like being in love with a tsunami or a forest fire.”

While Fox’s relationship with Green headed towards its (legal) end, rumors that she and MGK were heading down the aisle began to spread. But Fox shut it down with a cheeky Instagram story of a ring on her wedding finger that said “F*ck You.”
Things took a strange turn on Valentine's Day when MGK pulled a Billy Bob Thornton, and posted a necklace containing a drop of Fox's blood. “I wear your blood around my neck,” he said. You know, just in case.
On April 22nd, Megan posted a sweet birthday message for MGK’s 31st. “Happy Birthday blonde angel baby,” she wrote. She’s apparently a huge fan of his appearance, but like, can you blame her?
Before arriving at the Billboard Awards — and making out on the pink carpet — Fox posted a sultry photo of her and her beau. “It’s the broom for me,” she wrote. It's everything for us, Megan.
