As we reach the halfway point of Fashion Month Fall 2022, it’s time to highlight the street style crowd at London Fashion Week, which wrapped on Tuesday, Feb. 22, and boasted a slew of best-dressed celebrities sitting front row and exciting emerging designers (like Chet Lo and his spiky garments, for example).

For showgoers, it was all about putting on an outfit that brightened some very gray days in London, whether through neon-colored apparel or plenty of layered prints — checkerboard was especially popular — or even combining the two into one full look. There were also a few solid winter-friendly choices among the fashion set, including fuzzy handbags, oversized scarves, and a lot of very good coats. Of course, tailoring and dark academia-inspired ‘fits shined during the past week, too, from classic trench coats to statement suits.
