You'll Want Every Single Dress From H&M's New Collaboration With Giambattista Valli
So many ruffles!
H&M announced that its next designer collaborator will be Giambattista Valli, and gave us a look at the dresses that the collection will include. And, though they're not available yet, they have us planning our next big event.
The collaboration was announced at this year's Cannes Film Festival, at the amFAR Gala. Celebrity guests like H.E.R., Ross Lynch, and Kendall Jenner showed off some of the designs, which include a first for the designer: men's wear. The collection is full of lace, delicate ruffle details, and dramatic high-low hemlines in a mostly pale color palette. There is one bright pink dress, which Jenner models, which looks like a version of the loofah dresses that keep popping up.
"I am excited about this collaboration: H&M gives me the opportunity to bring my vision of style and my celebration of beauty to a wider audience," said Valli in a press release. "The goal is to share my love for beauty and to be able to be part of everyone's 'happy moments,' to help create love stories all around the world."
The collection is dropping in two parts. A "limited pre-collection" will be available online and in select stores starting this Saturday, May 25. The full collection, though, will be available November 7.
