Collina Strada & Vans Team Up For A Chiller-Friendly Collection

Collina Strada’s link-up with Vans includes footwear, apparel, and accessories, and brings the line’s signature motifs like butterflies, freehand drawings, and psychedelic metallics to the classic skater world.

“I grew up in Southern California and I’ve been wearing Vans my whole life,” says Hillary Taymour, creative director and founder of Collina Strada. “I wore Slip-Ons skateboarding on the pier and to the barn before putting on my boots, so it is such an honor to get to create a collection with the brand.”

For the Classic Slip-On 98 DX, the idyllic hand-drawn artwork was a team effort; Taymour invited collaborators and visitors to draw their dream homes, and the resulting neighborhood became the print for the collection.

Other footwear offerings include an outsized Vibram sole, striking metallic finishes, and psychedelic tie-dye.

As for the apparel, expect a matching, sulphuric French terry set with floral eyelet details, woven shirts and socks, and a doodled backpack.

Vans x Collina Strada will debut at New York Fashion Week as part of the designer’s Fall/Winter 2023 runway show on February 10 — the same day it will be available globally at collinastrada.com, vans.com, select Vans retail stores worldwide.
