The Celebrating Sofia Coppola UT collection highlights some of Coppola’s more celebrated works, including Marie Antoinette and The Virgin Suicides (both starring the one and only Kirsten Dunst), Lost in Translation, Somewhere, and The Bling Ring, which celebrates its 10th year anniversary this year.

“I am so happy to have this project celebrating my work and hope people will enjoy the T-shirts as a token of the films that are so much a part of my life,” Coppola said in a release.

“They are a great reminder of the collaborators I worked with and the creative experience we shared. I like to wear T-shirts of artists and musicians who I love, and in the same way wish for them to mean something to someone who likes my work. I always like how a T-shirt can connect you to other people who like the same thing you do.”

"Sofia Coppola has many fans around the world, including me,” added Fast Retailing Group exec Takahiro Kinoshita. “I feel her charm is in her ability to create carefully layered visual expressions, as well as her overall style and way of living a dignified life. I am really happy to be collaborating with Ms. Coppola on our special film-themed UT collection.”

The t-shirts will cost $24.90, while the tote bag will cost $29.90. The collection is available in United State stores and on Uniqlo.com starting March 6.

Elsewhere in Sofia Coppola updates, the director recently announced she is making a film for — who else? — A24 about Priscilla Presley, which will star Gen Z’s leading man Jacob Elordi as Elvis. Step aside, Austin Butler.
