Born and raised in Memphis, India Roby is a fashion writer at NYLON and a freelance journalist based in New York City. She also covers Korean music and Formula 1 stories on the site.
In 2021, India graduated from The New School with a Bachelor’s in Journalism + Design and a minor in Fashion Communication. Her bylines have also appeared in Highsnobiety, Harper’s Bazaar, Arch Digest, Teen Vogue, Byrdie, Paper, The Zoe Report, Fashionista, and others.
When she actually has free time, India enjoys brushing up on her Korean, making TikTok videos, and over-drafting her bank account.
